A Better Way Psychiatry is a growing, patient-centered behavioral health practice specializing in medication management, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), and Spravato (esktamine) treatments for depression and other mood disorders. Our mission is simple: provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps patients feel better faster.
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist who is passionate about modern, interventional psychiatry and wants to work in a supportive, team-based outpatient setting.

Position Overview
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Supervise and collaborate with NPs/PAs
- Support interventional treatments including TMS and Spravato
- Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and related conditions
- Option to participate in program development and clinic growth

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration
- Experience with mood and anxiety disorders
- Interest in interventional psychiatry preferred (TMS/Spravato training provided if needed)
