Jasmine Maniti, PMHNP
Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
About Jasmine
Jasmine Maniti’s dedication to mental health care is rooted in her lived experience as an Asian American, where she witnessed how stigma and misunderstanding often prevented individuals from seeking help. Seeing these challenges within her family and community inspired her to pursue a career in mental health—one focused on compassion, education, and breaking down cultural barriers.
Jasmine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Coast University in 2019, followed by a Master’s degree as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), becoming board certified in 2023. She is passionate about providing personalized, inclusive mental health support, especially for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Outside of her clinical work, Jasmine enjoys taking her puppy to agility classes, practicing hot yoga, and staying grounded through regular movement and mindfulness.
“If you’re experiencing mental health symptoms, please reach out. You are not alone, and there is nothing wrong with asking for help. Effective treatments exist, and with the right support, healing is possible.”
She prioritizes balance by maintaining healthy boundaries, reducing screen time, focusing on sleep hygiene, and making intentional time for her loved ones. To begin your journey, we offer a complimentary consultation with a dedicated patient care coordinator. During this telehealth visit, we’ll review your insurance benefits, discuss available options, and answer any questions you may have about our process, treatment plans, locations, and services.
